It was perfect. Ordered the filters that were not available anywhere else, Because of the unusual dimensions of the filters required on my AC, Lowes or Home Depot do not have them in stock at their stores. I ordered the filters on Filter fast and they arrived with no problems

I ordered two Franke filters and both of them arrived with the ceramic filters broken. Very disappointing. Customer service was excellent in replacing the damaged items. One of the replacement items screw top on the filter broke when installing. Again customer service was excellent. I don't think I will order from Filters Fast again but order OEM parts only.

I was very grateful for the replacement filter for my new refrigerator since I had several purchased filters that worked only in my old one. It took a little longer to get the new filter in the mail but it did finally arrive. Thank you

I can always count on Filterfasts to have the water filter for my fridge in stock and shipped to me quickly. Not to mention the great price!! In addition, they have several parts for appliances at much lower costs than the do it yourself stores.

They are amazing filters the water is clean and has no bad taste or smells. Also I love the fact that you can have the filters automatically shipped before they need to be replace.

No notice was given about shipment auto-billing prior to order being shipped. I contacted Filters Fast to make sure it wasn't sent after I was notified but it was too late. These filters are huge and very difficult to install, as well. We are not happy!

My husband had the name and type of the filter he needed, so he quickly found it in your system. I placed the order having no problems and delivery took place as scheduled. I was pleasantly surprise how easy it was to order from your site. The filter works great at a good price point.

I love the selection at Filters Fast. They ship promptly and their prices put our local HVAC companies to shame. I have experienced a difficult time though getting on subscription service with FF. If I could get this set up I would be using them for all of my household filters, ie HVAC, refrigerator and spa!

Fairly priced and excellent customers service. I made an error on my order and they fixed it quickly. My only complaint was that I began to received multiple advertising emails per day. I had to ask to be removed.

Your customer service is great, and the lady helped me determine the correct filter.
Shipping seemed slow.
Going to your website, it showed my product in transit from NC, and never progressed. I filled on the update information for the delivery, but never got an update, nor did the status of "in transit from NC" change.
All in all, your company is good, but the shipping carrier needs a "tweak"

They continue to deliver the right GE Refrigerator filter without any hassles, every six months. It makes it possible for me to remember to keep the filters new.

Notification that is was coming was great; got what I expected. The only small issue is that the bag mailer didn't protect the filter boxes and they were a little smushed but in no way damaged.

I really appreciate the convenience and the quality of your filters, but you really need to figure out a better way to ship them. Every time I get my package from UPS, the box is smashed, and so is the filter inside.

I ordered the wrong filter for my refrigerator. When the filter arrived I recognized the fact that it was not going to work. I called the company. They promptly refunded my money. No questions. Ask Customer service is definitely a 10.

I bit on you automatic order but only got the water filter and not the air (which was 2 weeks ago) still haven't received it and no guess when.

I never have a problem getting my replacement filters when I need them, Just two minutes on the computer. I buy at least two so I always have an extra one when needed. I get them within two days usually. I feel it is a very dependable company to do business with.
