I ordered in two separate orders 3 4pack 3M furnace filters and 6 H-300 Everpure water filters. The water filters were not package together and shipped separately in factory boxes that were not taped shut. Only 5 arrived instead of 6 initially. Boxes were damaged but product appears to be OK. Still waiting for the 6th filter to show up.
Because the product was back-ordered I chose to have it cancelled, but the request was north processed correctly. When I received notification that the product had been shipped I had already ordered it from another vendor. Filters Fast advised me not to refuse the shipment, sent a return label and issed a refund, courteously and in a timely manner. I would certainly order products from them in the future based on their customer service!
Very customer service oriented,I didn’t think I would be able to find the filter I needed, but they got it for me.The communication is spot on, I had no issues with billing or shipping.
Order arrived on time, the packages in good condition at a fair price.
In addition I mentioned my previous order was left by the street under my mailbox in the rain to Filterfast. I requested that the driver deliver to my front door. Filter fast obviously mentioned this to FedEx because they delivered then2 packages to my front door. THANK YOU!

All returned products are inspected and must be in new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals, and components. If used, they must have been sold with the Satisfaction Guarantee Badge.
